Once I’ve reviewed your Trip Inquiry form, I’ll send you an email with a link to schedule your complimentary 30-minute consultation call. During this call, we’ll discuss your travel preferences, priorities, and vision for your trip in detail. This ensures our time together is focused and productive, setting the foundation for a trip designed just for you. We do our best to get back with you in 1 to 2 business days from the time we receive your inquiry.

After our consultation, we get to work designing a customized itinerary based on your preferences, budget, and travel style. This includes researching destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options to create a seamless experience. You will be presented with carefully curated recommendations, and we’ll work together to fine-tune the details until your trip is exactly the way you envision it.

With every detail thoughtfully arranged, all that’s left is for you to relax and fully enjoy the journey. From the moment you depart until you return home, I remain available to provide support should anything unexpected arise. Prior to departure, we’ll schedule a final follow-up call or video conference to review your complete itinerary, confirm important details, and address any last-minute questions—so you leave feeling prepared, informed, and excited for what’s ahead.
