Our Simple Planning Process
1: Inquiry
Complete our brief Trip Inquiry form to share your destination ideas, travel style, timeline, and priorities. This allows me to review your vision in advance and ensure we’re the right fit before scheduling your consultation.
2: Consultation
After reviewing your inquiry, you’ll receive a link to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation. During this conversation, we’ll clarify your goals, preferences, and budget to lay the foundation for a thoughtfully designed experience. You can expect a response within 1–2 business days.
3: Research & Design
With a clear direction in place, I begin crafting your customized itinerary. From accommodations and transportation to curated experiences, every element is carefully selected and refined with you until your trip feels seamless and tailored.
4: Travel with Confidence
Once everything is arranged, you can look forward to your journey knowing every detail has been handled. Prior to departure, we’ll review your final itinerary together so you feel fully prepared. While you travel, I remain available for support — ensuring you have a trusted professional by your side from departure to return.
