Step 2: Consultation

Once I’ve reviewed your Trip Inquiry form, I’ll send you an email with a link to schedule your complimentary 30-minute consultation call. During this call, we’ll discuss your travel preferences, priorities, and vision for your trip in detail. This ensures our time together is focused and productive, setting the foundation for a trip designed just for you. We do our best to get back with you in 1 to 2 business days from the time we receive your inquiry.

Step 2: Research & Planning

After our consultation, we get to work designing a customized itinerary based on your preferences, budget, and travel style. This includes researching destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options to create a seamless experience. You will be presented with carefully curated recommendations, and we’ll work together to fine-tune the details until your trip is exactly the way you envision it.

Step 3: Enjoy Your Trip

With every detail handled, all that’s left is for you to relax and immerse yourself in the experience. From the moment you depart until you return home, I’ll be here to provide support and assistance should anything unexpected arise. My goal is for you to travel with confidence, knowing that you have a dedicated professional advocating for you every step of the way.

What types of trips do you plan?

I specialize in a wide range of travel experiences including ocean and river cruises, escorted and guided tours, custom European journeys, all-inclusive Caribbean and Mexico resorts, Alaskan adventures, and multi-generational family vacations. I also plan custom itineraries based on your personal interests.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Yes, I charge a nominal planning fee based on the type and complexity of your trip. This fee allows me to provide concierge-level service, personalized planning, and dedicated support throughout the entire process. We will discuss this during your consultation call before moving forward.

Why should I book through Trey Tracy Travel instead of doing it myself online?

When you book with a professional travel advisor, you benefit from my expertise, insider connections, and personalized service — at no extra cost on most travel products (aside from my nominal planning fee). Many travel components already include a built-in commission; if you book direct, the supplier keeps it. When you book with me, I earn that commission while doing the work for you and advocating on your behalf.

Can you help with flights?

I do not book just air only.  However, if you are booking the rest of your trip with me I’m glad to help with your flights.  If you prefer to use loyalty points, you’ll need to book your air independently.

Can you customize pre- or post-cruise or tour extensions?

Absolutely! I can create custom pre- and post-travel experiences — whether that’s extra nights in a destination, guided tours, or personalized activities to complement your main trip.

Do you assist with travel insurance?

Yes, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip. I can provide you with options tailored to your needs to help protect your investment and provide peace of mind.

How do you communicate with clients during the planning process?

I provide detailed trip documents, and you’ll also have access to my client app for your itinerary and important updates. I stay accessible via email, phone, and messaging, so you’re always supported.

Can you help with group travel?

Yes! I plan and manage group travel experiences for families, senior adults, churches, schools, friend groups, and more. I handle all the details—payments, logistics, marketing, and communication—so you can simply enjoy the experience.
